I grew up on the Dubrovnik coastline. Spent more time on the water than in a classroom. By the time I was old enough to get a boating licence, I already knew every cove between Cavtat and the Elaphiti Islands by feel rather than by name.
Mala Mara started as a single boat and one idea — that visitors to Dubrovnik deserved better than crowded ferries and impersonal group tours. Today I run three adventure brands under one roof: Jet Ski Rent Dubrovnik, Buggy Adventure Dubrovnik, and Raptor Dubrovnik — our premium speedboat. Same ownership, same standards, same crew.
When I am not running the business, I race — hill climb with AK Dubrovnik Racing, the most decorated motorsport club in Croatia. A Mitsubishi Evo X, mountain roads, and a clock that does not care about excuses. The precision that motorsport demands is exactly how we run every tour and every charter.
