Mala Mara is a family-run boat tour and boat rental company based in Dubrovnik, Croatia. Every boat in our fleet is owned and maintained by us — not aggregated from other operators. Every skipper works with us directly. We've been running tours along the Dubrovnik coastline for over seven years. Our fleet includes nine speedboats and a luxury Intermare 42 yacht, accommodating groups from 2 to 12 guests.
